罗马尼亚电影《做贼心虚》由布加勒斯特电影制片厂于1956年出品，由中央电影局上海电影制片厂于1956年译制。该片改编自米·谢巴斯其安所著小说《最后消息》，由哈·保罗什执导，约·杨科维斯古、约·芬杰斯佳奴、拉·别里冈、席·康斯丹其涅斯古、约·塔里阿奴、克·拉马唐等领衔主演。
故事发生在罗马尼亚解放以前。《号声报》是一家一向造谣和敲诈的报纸。一天，主编波歇打电话到报馆里来，要求把一切有关燕麦的稿子都抽掉。排字房领班不得已只好把大学讲师安德洛尼克写的一篇有关亚历山大帝的论文，拿来填了空。这篇论文由于排印上的错误，使一个做贼心虚的大资本家布山看了以后，大为恐慌。因为论文中有一段话，正好影射了他计谋已久的一笔垄断燕麦的投机生意。
